Last summer, Willow had a delicious banana split here in the city and thought to herself “I wonder what this would look like as a PIE?!” 

After some tinkering and a few baker brains put together, we proudly present… 

The Banana Split Pie

• Homemade all butter shortbread crust

• Whipped strawberry, pineapple cream cheese

• Layered in between banana slices and homemade fudge

• Decorated with maraschino cherries, pecan pieces and chocolate curls
