Tree-Ripe Fruit Co. is Back at Smallpie
Good news! The Tree-Ripe Fruit Co. pop-up returns to Smallpie on Wednesday, June 17. Smallpie is one of more than 192 locations across eight states where Tree-Ripe will operate a fruit stand this summer.
Every Wednesday, June 17 through July 29 at Smallpie, customers can visit the Tree Ripe stand from 10 a.m. to noon for the famous Georgia peaches they bring to Wisconsin. Georgia pecans and New Mexico pistachios will also be available, with Michigan blueberries expected to arrive around July 6. Popular items often sell out quickly, so plan to arrive early for the best selection.
For nearly 15 years, Tree-Ripe Fruit Co. has supplied Pie Inc. with the peaches that help make our summer pies so special. We look forward to peach season all year long, and we've heard many Bay View residents do, too. Fresh, handmade peach pie slices and hand pies from our baking team will be available at Smallpie starting Wednesday, June 24th as well as for special pre-order from our Bakeshop.
Tree Ripe supplies our Bakeshop with pecans, pistachios, Meyer lemons, strawberries, and blueberries as each come into season, making our scratch-made baked treats extra, extra delicious.

A Brief History of Tree-Ripe Fruit Co.
More than 35 years ago, Tree-Ripe Fruit Co.'s founder spent time in Florida and noticed a significant difference in the freshness and quality of the fruit available there compared to what was commonly found in the Midwest.
At the time, obtaining premium citrus often required ordering it by mail, making it expensive and inaccessible to many families. According to Tree-Ripe Fruit Co., the business was founded on a simple idea:
"What if we could bring truly fresh, tree-ripened fruit to the Midwest quickly, and make it accessible?"
What began as a handful of fruit stands in 1990 quickly expanded as demand grew. Along the way, Tree-Ripe Fruit Co. built lasting relationships with growers across the country who shared the company's commitment to quality and freshness.
Three Generations of Quality
Today, Tree-Ripe Fruit Co. is led by the founder's grandson, who continues the family tradition of providing exceptional fruit through a hands-on approach.
The company works closely with growers to ensure fruit is harvested and delivered at peak ripeness. Rather than taking shortcuts, Tree-Ripe Fruit Co. prioritizes flavor and freshness, which is what sets its products apart.
Over the years, the company has delivered more than 60 million pounds of fruit and served more than 150,000 families.
The Difference in Tree-Ripe Fruit Co. Fruit
Tree-Ripe Fruit Co.'s philosophy is simple:
“We believe food should be eaten when it's in season, and every season has something worth waiting for."
Instead of harvesting fruit early to maximize shelf life, the company allows fruit to ripen naturally before it is picked. By working directly with growers and minimizing distribution layers, Tree-Ripe Fruit Co. can bring fruit from the farm to customers more quickly, preserving the flavor that comes from peak ripeness.
Because its offerings change with the seasons, customers can enjoy produce at its freshest and most flavorful throughout the year.
